SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

The Checklist is jurisdiction-neutral. It draws on contemporary safeguarding and AI guidance from the UK, UAE, and US, structured so a school in any of those jurisdictions, or beyond, can apply it without modification. Use it for board reporting, inspection preparation, or simply as a quarterly internal review.
