The School Consent & AUP Toolkit

This edition attributes rather than advises. Where a named regulator has published on a field, the note beside it gives the body, the document, and the date. Where none has, the field is carried and nothing is claimed. Use it to draft, issue, and file the instruments that sit beneath an existing AI position.
Guidance current as of 14 August 2026. Several relevant instruments have pending secondary legislation. Schools should verify against their own regulator and data protection adviser before issuing.
